As an accomplished organizational psychologist, consultant, coach, and mentor, I bring over two decades of experience in evidence-based management and creating transformational change journeys with clients, teams, and organizations across both public and private sectors.

With my PhD in Organizational Leadership and Change from Fielding Graduate University and as a Fellow of their Institute for Social Innovation, I bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and real-world applications. I uniquely integrate visual arts into my practice, synthesizing psychology and creativity to enhance facilitation, training, and coaching work, delivering innovative, holistic solutions for personal and organizational growth.

As an Associate Partner and Coach at Great Shift, I help individuals, teams, and organizations create better tomorrows. I guide them through the evolving landscape of work, particularly in response to the pandemic’s transformation of traditional workplace models. My human-centred approach focuses on supporting leaders and teams through transitions to remote and hybrid work environments while fostering trust, engagement, and productivity. I’m deeply passionate about co-creating exceptional workplaces where work-life harmony, physical wellness, and mental health are foundational priorities. Drawing on my experience in workplace transitions and organizational development, I partner with clients to build future-ready organizations that thrive in change rather than merely adapt to it.

Beyond my professional work, I serve as a Board Director of the Canada Tibet Committee (CTC), advocating for Tibetan issues with Canadian parliamentarians and senators. I also represent CTC at the Canadian Coalition on Human Rights in China, led by Global Affairs Canada and Amnesty International. When not engaged in advocacy work, I can be found in my art studio creating collage art.
